Chris Royer is our Senior Real Estate Specialist at Heart 2 Heart 4 Seniors. He puts integrity, honesty, and hard work back into the tattered real estate industry. Chris is the founding member and team lead of The Royer Home Team at RE/MAX Professionals. The Royer Home Team has grown very fast, and is dedicated to providing clients the best possible real estate experience. Chris began his real estate career with Equity Colorado in 2014 and quickly rose to become a Power Professional. In 2015, he transitioned to RE/MAX and proudly serves the entire metro Denver area, as far north to Longmont and south to Castle Rock. He strives to be the best he can be at everything he does, and real estate is no exception. His competitive nature has been a great asset to his real estate career, as he does not accept failure, and his clients benefit greatly from this. Chris earned his SRES (senior real estate specialist) designation to help the growing senior population transition to their next stage in life. Chris also received the SMDRA Diamond Circle award for his performance in 2015, the SMDRA 2-caret Diamond Award in 2016, and the SMDRA 3-caret Diamond Award in 2017.

Chris and his wife, Kendra, have 2 sons, Julian and Colton, and live in the Southlands area in Aurora. Chris is passionate about many things in life, including God, family, enjoying the outdoors, and playing sports. He enjoys playing soccer, wakeboarding, snowboarding, hiking, working out, extreme obstacle runs, & mountain biking.
