Lisa Weber is a Senior Transition Specialist for Heart 2 Heart 4 Seniors.  She has worked in the senior housing and hospice industry since 2000 as a Marketing Director, Sales Counselor and Community Relations Specialist at a variety of facilities throughout the Denver metro area.  Helping individuals and families find the right housing and support solutions is something she is extremely passionate about.
Before 2000, Lisa worked as an Administrator for Oakwood Worldwide, overseeing 550 corporate apartments for some of the top Fortune 500 companies including NASA, Ball Aerospace and Hewlett Packard.  Lisa was recognized with awards for customer care and quality of service.  Lisa prides herself on maintaining both personal and professional friendships, customer service, hospitality, and thinking outside of the box to help serve others.
Lisa is a Colorado Native and has lived in the Denver metro area her entire life.  She enjoys spending her free time with her family, to include caring for her aging parents. She also enjoys spending time at the barn with her beloved horse, Zach.  Her other passion is partnering with horses through various forms of Equine Therapy.  Lisa enjoys helping individuals from all walks of life, especially as they relate to life transitions, trauma, grief, end of life care, victim recovery, anxiety and depression, conflict resolution, reinvention of self, team building and leadership discovery.
